For measuring non-metallic and non-ceramic insulating materials, the maximum measurement temperature is 250 ℃.

Test Procedure

The ball pressure test is put specified steel ball (R2.5mm) and total test force 20N ± 0.2N ball pressure tester which are in the form of horizontal state and placed on the sample surface in heating chamber.Quickly (<10s) immerse the test sample in 20 ℃ ± 5 ℃ water for 6min ± 2min, remove the sample from the water, measure the diameter of the indentation on the surface of the sample within 3min, and check whether the indentation diameter was more than 2mm to evaluate the heat-resistant deformation capacity of the sample at the specified temperature.

A: For our standard machines, we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
