Product Description

The superfine wire conductor resistance fixture is a supporting device for measuring the DC resistance of wire and cable conductors. It can be used with QJ36, QJ57, SB2230, PC36C, and other double-arm resistance measuring instruments and digital resistance measuring instruments to measure the resistance of conductors. Meet the IEC60468 electrical performance test method standard requirements. The bottom plate is made of an aluminum alloy profile, independent current end cylindrical groove, voltage test end blade edge, and tension device design.

Features

1. The unique design of the cylindrical groove at the current end can ensure good contact with the sample by winding the measured line to the cylinder groove.
2. A tension device is adopted for wire tightening, with moderate tightness and adjustable tension to avoid wire breakage and improve measuring efficiency.
3. The blade edge of the voltage terminal can effectively ensure the distance of the test line and the effective resistance value accuracy.
4. The current and voltage ends of the fixture are made of pure copper, which has sufficient mechanical strength and a small contact thermoelectric potential.
5. This fixture directly uses copper and aluminum single wire diameter 0 ~ 0.5mm round wire, such as electromagnetic wire, which also can be used for enameled round wire and flat wire resistance measurement.

A: For our standard machines, we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
