JF-3 digital oxygen index tester is developed according to the technical conditions specified in the national standards GB / t2406.1-2008, GB / t2406.2-2009, GB / T 2406, GB / T 5454, GB / T 10707, ASTM D2863, ISO 4589-2. It is mainly used to test the oxygen concentration (volume percentage) of polymer in the combustion process. The oxygen index of polymer is the volume percent concentration of the lowest oxygen in the mixture of oxygen and nitrogen which can be burned for 50 mm or maintained 3 minutes after ignition.
JF-3 digital oxygen index tester is simple in structure and easy to operate. It can be used as a means to identify the burning difficulty of polymer, and it can be also used as a related research tool, so as to provide a better understanding of polymer combustion process to people. It is suitable for testing the combustibility of plastics, rubber, fiber and foam materials. Because of its accuracy and reproducible, it is widely used.
