This instrument is manufactured according to the requirements of national standard QCT-730-2005 "thin-wall insulation low voltage wire used in automobile". The two ends of the sample are fixed and placed in a metal cover with three metal plates at an angle of 45 to the ground. Ignite the blowtorch so that the tip of the blue inner cone touches the surface of the specimen and keeps the torch to the specimen at 90 degrees vertically.

1.Built in metal shield: 1000mm in height, 1000mm in width, 250mm in depth, front open, top and bottom closed.

2.The size of test chamber: 2200mm in height, 1600mm in width, 550mm in depth.

3.Gas blowtorch with nominal power of 1KW.

4.Standard flame gauge with gas blowtorch.

5.Set the combustion time, the machine automatically ignites and burns, it can delay the burning time.

6.The ignition is automatic high voltage electric fire.

7.Fuel: gas, methane (provided by customers), compressed air source 0.2 ~ 07mpa (provided by users).

8.Airometer: 15 L / min、gas flowmeter 0.1 ~ 1 L / min each.

A: For our standard machines, we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
