Main Structure And Working Principle

1.The whole machine adopts steel structure, and the surface is treated by electrostatic spraying.

2.The tailstock adopts linear guide structure, flexible and light, and the operating range is 850 ~ 1900mm

3.The load of the balance weight adopts the electric winding scalable design.

4.The motor adopts stepping speed regulating motor. The torsion speed is adjustable at 1 ~ 5 r/min (the rotation speed is set to 2 r/min when leaving the factory).If there is no special requirement, the rotation speed generally does not need to be adjusted.The twist angle can be set arbitrarily on the touch screen.According to different samples can set the corresponding parameters for testing.

5.Torque value collection: During the test, the torque value consumed by each twisted sample is displayed in real time, and the peak value is finally recorded.

6.Control part:PLC control, 4.3-inch touch screen operation, twist angle can be set arbitrarily on the touch screen as needed.

7.Tool for holding the specimen: three-jaw chuck.
