FYBD-I type semi-conductive shielding rubber and plastic material volume resistivity intelligent tester is a high-precision, intelligent resistance test system, which can test the semi-conductive shielding resistivity and semiconductor rubber and plastic material volume resistivity at the same time. Its main basis is IEC60468,IEC60502,IEC60840.
Features
1. The tester can realize resistance measurement with a wide range of 0.01uΩ-5MΩ and an accuracy of ± 0.05%. The resistance measurement uses a four-terminal measurement method to automatically eliminate the contact resistance error. Fourteen-level measurement gear and eleven-level measurement current are automatically converted, the appropriate gear is automatically selected, and the measurement results are automatically saved.
2. 1mΩ ~ 3MΩten-level standard resistance self-calibration to ensure the accuracy of the measurement and eliminate the worry that the traditional resistance test equipment can not be corrected due to the aging of the electronic components after using it for a period of time.
