    The aging box is suitable for high polymer materials (plastic, plastic) and electrical insulation materials such as: wire and cable sheath, heat shrinkable sleeve, rubber test piece or PVC material and other insulation components of the heat resistance test, can also be used as high temperature precision thermostat drying drying, baking, heat treatment.

    Applicable standards: IEC 60811 and other test requirements.

    Temperature Control And Insulation System

    1.Use intelligent P.I.D temperature controller and high-precision PT100 thermocouple sensor. Can ensure temperature fluctuations within 0.5% (calculated at the highest temperature).

    2.Heater: solenoid heater, power: 2.0kW

    3.Temperature range: room temperature ~ 300℃

    4.With ultra-high temperature protection function, it can automatically cut off and stop heating after over-temperature, which can effectively protect the equipment.

    Safety Ventilation System

    1.Natural ventilation system to ensure temperature uniformity.

    2.Adjustable ventilation outlet: by changing the size of the air outlet,  moderately changing the amount of ventilation, the adjustment is very convenient.

    3.Adjustable range of ventilation volume: 8 ~ 20 times/hour.

    4.Timer: 200 hours can be set.
