    The hydraulic fixture is used to accurately measure the resistance value of aluminum and aluminum alloy sranded conductors. Due to the surface oxidation of aluminum and aluminum alloy conductors, conventional fixtures cannot accurately measure the resistance value of the conductor. The current end conductor is clamped by the powerful hydraulic clamping force of the hydraulic clamp so that the surface of the conductor under test can pass a uniform current so that the accurate resistance value can be obtained by the resistance measuring instrument.

    After many upgrades and improvements of this product, the operability has been greatly improved and the operation is very simple. This product is suitable for the measurement of various conductor resistance and resistivity in GB/T3048 "Test Methods for Electrical Properties of Wires and Cables", and is used with PC36, QJ36, QJ44, QJ57, and other resistance measuring instruments. The current end adopts relatively hydraulic two-way clamping and is designed with a resistance-measuring instrument placement platform, and compact structure and is especially suitable for cable companies and quality inspection departments to measure the resistance and resistivity of various conductors. Especially suitable for the resistance measurement of aluminum and aluminum alloy stranded conductors.
